Again, weight gain. I’m not sure what’s going on but I did do something about it this morning. I did my first ever 10-minute workout. I know that doesn’t seem like much but for a morning, when you’re depressed, and really not doing so hot all around 10 minutes is a HUGE accomplishment. So day one of Daily Burn, complete. Next, treadmill this afternoon. I’m not giving up, not yet.
I made my own fish tacos again. YUM. I need to figure out how to reheat my corn tortillas so as they don’t break while trying to eat.

Don’t give up!!! This could be because you are building muscles now. It migh be harder to lose the weight for a bit, but because you are exercising, you are building up your muscles. That is not a bad thing.

Thank you Beckie! I’m hoping that’s what I’m doing. Since I stopped bartending, I’m not carrying two cases of beer at a time from a basement. And oh my goodness! Did I feel it in my knees lol

I bet! Dang girl, your leg muscles must be in fine condition to handle that. I drag up two cases of seltzer to my room, and my knees are screaming at me. LOL!

HAHA my leg muscles USED to be in great condition. Now my knees creek at me lol. I just want a little toning and a LOT less creeking. They almost sound like doors opening in horror movies before the monster jumps out. 🤣

Congratulations on the workout! Just keep doing what you know is right. Eventually you will find what works and break through this plateau.
